  We had to leave earlier

  The apartment is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. It also has a large balcony. The beach is wide and clean, and it is just a few minutes away on foot, making it easy and convenient to reach.

  Unfortunately, we had to leave much earlier than planned because we noticed the smell of gas coming from the gas water heater whenever we used hot water. We waited patiently for a week, trusting the host’s assurance that an inspection would be arranged, but this never happened. Instead of arranging an inspection, he wrote a letter stating that, in his opinion, the gas water heater was functioning properly. He also refused to refund us for the nights we had to forgo. Although customer support reimbursed us partially for the costs, this situation significantly affected our holiday. The shower water temperature was also difficult to regulate: it was either too cold or too hot. When we tried to set it to a moderate temperature, the gas water heater would shut off and on in random moments. There were also several other inconveniences. The wardrobe door in one of the bedrooms had been removed and was left leaning against the wardrobe. Both fans were blowing out flakes of dust. Only one was replaced. The entrance door also had to be slammed shut to close properly, making a loud noise. Finally, the apartment is located next to a road, so noise may be an issue for guests who value peace and quiet.

  Просторная квартира в тихом районе

  Отличная, чистая и просторная квартира в тихом районе Альбенги с двумя большими спальнями, отдельной кухней и широким балконом, в пешей доступности от пляжа и чудесного исторического центра. Безупречно чистое белье и очень качественные матрасы, мы прекрасно высыпались. На кухне мы нашли все необходимое для готовки. Агент Нико был всегда на связи, и был очень любезен и гибок в вопросах заезда и отъезда. Спасибо большое! Совет путешественникам: попробуйте мороженое Casa del Gelato в Альбенге - это самое вкусное мороженое в Лигурии!
