    Highly recommended

    We had very high expectations when booking House of Tugu; not only did they meet them, but they've also been very good in exceeding our expectations. Everything from the very friendly staff, to the complimentary afternoon tea experience, the massage, a la carte breakfast, the farewell gift - everything will remain a much appreciated experience from us. Thank you!

    Nothing on the hotel itself. I just wish the local government would take care a bit more of the Kota Tua (the Old City) as it has so much potential!
