  Horrible. There is a review from June 30th and it’s not of the same property as you can see from my photos not sure how

  I booked the apartment House Relax in Monopoli from the 12th to the 18th of July. Let me start with communication: I reached out to the representative Rita, many times with my concerns by calling and she never answered my calls. Her message to me was “If I don’t answer it’s because I am busy”. But never bothered to call me back. When I messaged her she ignored my message or replied days later. This is unacceptable. Your representative Rita, sent me a video of which key to use for the entry doors which would normally be fine if the key wasn’t so unusual it took me 10 minutes to open the door. Let’s begin with the apartment 1. Location of washing machine: on your description of the property no where does it state it is located outside of the apartment on the 3rd level. The conditions of this location are deadly. You have a 1 foot knee wall around the parameter of the concrete steps and one foot clearance separating the front of the machine and this knee wall. One wrong move and you take a great fall down these steps. 2. Bathroom:  there is mold in the shower total health issue. Water pools on the ceramic floor in the shower due to the drainage from the air conditioner. This is a slipping hazard.  The Water temperature in shower no consistency you either take a scalding hot shower or a freezing cold shower. There is a rain fall shower head but doesn’t work 3. Air conditioning. You advertise air conditioning. One air conditioner in the apartment in the bedroom which does not reach the bathroom nor the rest of the apartment. Which was very uncomfortable throughout 4. Supplies. I was left with 1cm of dishwashing soap, no paper towels, no napkins, no coffee or sugar. A dishrag that was so disgusting I wouldn’t wipe the floor with.  2 small rolls of toilet paper, no hand soap in the bathroom. 1 bottle of mineral water in fridge no natural water 5. Television. only sound was available no visual on any of the stations.

  Belvároshoz közeli apartman. Nagyon jól szellőztethető. Az erkély az utcára nyílik. Helyiek életét lehet látni, ami nagyszerű. Nem zajos. A konyha fantasztikus. Nagyon elégedett voltunk.

  Az ágy nekünk nagyon puha volt,. A kanapé kicsit jobb volt nekünk, de ez nem hiszem hogy hibának írható fel. Meredek lépcsőn lehet feljutni az apartmanba. Ez sem volt probléma nekünk, csak információkért osztom meg.
