    We were very happy with it overall.

    We all loved the location. The first floor was nice and cool for AC. My grandson loved that there was you tube available. We had family visit and there was plenty of room to entertain. We loved how everything was fenced in as we have an autistic non verbal grandson.

    There is no air conditioning upstairs and it was very warm up there. We did buy a fan for one of the upstairs rooms and left it for other guests to use. The stove was confusing for us, the owner did come over and explain it to us, which we appreciated.

    Large house right outside Horta (short walk downhill) in quiet neighbourhood with view over the town (left), Porto Pim (right) & Pico (frontal). Very clean, spacious rooms, good beds, bathroom at ground level & first floor. Kitchen with all amenities. Small outdoors where we enjoyed breakfast. Airco present, but we didn't use it. Supermarket at 200m. Car parking in front of house. Easy entry with code (good communication with hosts). Excellent value for money
