    The camera does actually lie

Spotlessly clean - almost clinically. Plenty of kitchenware. Spacious. Quiet location. Decent welcome pack.

Due to summer temperatures, window coverings woefully insufficient. None at all in kitchen/utility for morning sun. Like prepping breakfast in a greenhouse! (30+ degrees. C) This should not be a surprise - and been long addressed. Served to warm up the whole house, as if it needed it. Master bed reading lights unfit for purpose - decorative only. Too many notices/plastic covers everywhere - reminiscent of an 80's B&B. Unkempt and aged outside space/ furniture. Hence score of 7 given price paid.
