  Nice location, but unfortunately the positive stops there.

  The AC in both bedrooms was not able to cool the rooms. We reported the issue within 2 hours of check-in. An inspection took place the next day and assistance arrived on the third day, but the problem was never resolved. We spent the entire 10-day stay sleeping with uconfortable temperatures, which caused significant discomfort every night. The agency eventually offered a 10% refund, which we consider completely inadequate given the impact on our stay and the fact that the issue affected us every single night. What disappointed us most was the management's attitude. Once it became clear that the AC problem could not be fixed quickly, the agency appeared to stop dealing with it. This left us with the clear impression that the property is not properly managed. If a major issue such as this can remain unresolved for 10 days, it is difficult to trust that any other problem would be handled any better. The cleanliness was also below expectations. The flat was not dirty, but it was not cleaned to a standard that many guests, particularly families with high housekeeping standards, would expect. Despite the excellent location, we would not recommend this property.

  Wir fühlten uns in dieser geräumigen Wohnung mit top Aussicht und Fussweg zum Meer sofort wohl.

  Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig und geräumig und nur einen kurzen Fussweg vom Meer entfernt. Die Aussicht war fantastisch. Die Küche liess keine Wünsche offen und es gab eine Waschmaschine.

  Die Betten im Kinderzimmer waren zu kurz für meinen Sohn, der 1,83 Meter gross ist. Er konnte dann auf das lange und breite Schlafsofa ausweichen. Die Sofas waren nicht so bequem und von schlechter Qualität. Das Internet war sehr schlecht.

  Good and I recommend it…

  Spacious and easy to locate / get to. Tidy.

  I had to pay separately for the sheets and towels. The trains pass by all day and so for the sensitive ones, it can be a bother

  Exceptional

  I did not like that the instructions say you have to pay a deposit in cash - even though I didn't have to pay it. Also the fact that you get no refund if you cancel. I had to cancel because the trains went on strike on Sunday and had to get back to zurich for Monday. Therefore I would not return to your property nor recommend it.
