  The view from the terrace is amazing! Terrace is fully equiped. Beds are comfortable, shower and air conditioning worked correctly, there is washing mashine, tv, everything was clean. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, including sugar, tea, coffee. The snacks for children where like mirrackle after long journey! The sofa transforms to very ladge bed (photo). It is a little complicated way and parking, but for us was ok, just for information. We liked everything in this small house, except payment of city tax in Kotor. Highly recommend to stay there anyway. P. S. The umbrella was broken in the terrace, the owner changed it the same day. Thanks a lot!

  The only thing we did not like - on arrival you get information that you must pay city tax yourself in Kotor center on work hours. For us it was trouble, as Kotor is overcrouded and we did not have plans to go there at day time during heet. And in the registration center there is information how owner can pay tax himself via programme. This is why there is 9, not 10 points. Also furniture in the kitchen is old and a little bit damadged, but is was absolutly ok for us, just for information.

  Stunning property in an excellent location. The house was comfortable - there were 4 of us sharing 2 rooms but there is another pull out bed if need be. The terrace was beautiful. We love walking so enjoyed the walk into kotor old town. The house was clean, very well set out and perfect for lazy breakfasts, lunches and dinners on the terrace Our host, Iva, went above and beyond to help us out. Including when we missed a bus finding us a taxi within 5 mins and cheaper than the local rates! She was incredible and made our stay perfect in every way.

  There was really nothing I didn’t like but if I were to suggest one thing it would be for perhaps 2 more sun loungers - maybe fold away ones that can be tucked under a bed when not in use.
