    ゆっくりするにはいい宿だが値段がやや高過ぎる

    食事がもう一つ 従業員に元気がない(サービス精神が足りない) ネパール人の従業員のことではなく 日本人の従業員のこと 他の宿泊客が夕食について『これは何⁉️、魚⁉️、魚だとしたら何の魚⁉️』とネパール人従業員に問うと答えられず代わりの日本人従業員が料理長に確認したが、確認後客席に戻るまでの間に『忘れた』と正直に言って客に呆れられ客が『こんなことある⁉️、確認したことを１分もしないうちに忘れるなんて』『こんな従業員がクビにならずに働けていること自体が信じられない』とグチってた この客にもろ手をあげて賛成はしないが、宿の弱みが垣間見れて残念だった

    Beautiful Onsen place - not so great as a Traveller from abroad, bad experience with members of staff

    Unique location

    Bad communication, my questions on booking were never answered. The front deal there was very unfriendly. Of course language barriers but if they want international customers then please prepare better information about the important details.
