    部屋が広い

    ご飯提供がゆっくりで風呂の時間も遅いので子供がぐずることが多かった。その上高額、入ってすぐが土足で入るロビーで子供の遊具が汚れている。トイレもスリッパがなくて、その状態でロビー歩いてる人がいそうな環境で不快。送迎の時間も融通きかず、ホスピタリティも低い。正直この価格で泊まるなら半額でももっと良い宿はたくさん日本全国にあると思った

    ウェルカムベビーのお宿で、スタッフの皆さんにとても良くしていただき感謝しております。おかげさまで食事もゆっくりと頂くことができました。 温泉にも子ども向けの設備が整っていて安心して一緒に入れました。初めて子どもと温泉に入れて良い経験になりました。

    部屋に浴槽がなかった。 部屋のトイレがとても汚かった。 トイレのドアが閉まらなかった。（むりやり頑張れば閉まったのかも）

    A wonderful experience

    Don't feel like staying at a hotel but feel like at home. Being a guest that do not speak Japanese to have a hotel staff they speak good English just make my holiday plan all work out and better than I expected. I wish to give credit to this particular staff Miss Insun ( she is a Philipino) who take care of me very well during my stay there.

    I have noting to dislike about this hotel.
