  Idealna lokalizacja, przestronny apartament

  Lokalizacja, przestrzeń, wyposażenie mieszkania - bardzo na plus. Mimo położenia, w środku jest cicho. Widok z okna magiczny!

  Odrobina oliwy, 4 kapsułki do kawy, jedna tabletka do zmywarki i proszek na jedno pranie. Wszystko w zasadzie musieliśmy kupić sobie sami, mimo tego, że oczywiście nie mieliśmy szans zużyć całych opakowań w trakcie pobytu. Uważam, że to można byłoby poprawić i to niewielkim kosztem.

  Spacious but dirty apartment in great location with unprofessional host

  Spacious but dirty apartment with nice views from every smudgy window. We loved the location and Malaga is a beautiful very friendly city. Street Garbage pick up was like every 4 hours so very clean streets near the apartment. The apartment has two bathrooms which is great. We loved the citadel and castle nearby and the taxi stand downstairs is convenient. We did head to the beach one day which was only 20 minutes walking.

  The host company emailed mostly in the app but then sent check in directions to my personal email so we missed the check in information to grab the key from half a mile away. It was hot to walk with luggage. Then Upon entering we reported there was trash left in the hallway , dirty dishes in the dishwasher, shards of glass in the rug and a broken toilet handle which we could still operate. Host asked for photos and we sent multiple times. They wanted evidence and it wound up being multiple emails and work for me as a guest during vacation. It became clear that instead of sending help they were just wearing you down with multiple emails. Bad service. The shower had bleach marks instead of scrubbing clean. We stayed 5 days and still they never brought an extra dish tab to let us run the previous guests dishwasher. The smell of the trash in the hot hallway was terrible. They said the hallways and garbage are not their problem but unfortunately it is part of our vacation experience and a good host just accepts accountability in my book. It was right outside our door. Just a side note for hot sleepers-Bedding comforters were super heavy and hot but host said they don’t provide top sheets. Instead they want you to uncover the duvet cover and use that. It was ok to do that for us. Be aware the elevator is extremely small. Often, others fail to close the elevator door upstairs so it doesn’t work and you have to climb 8 sets of stairs. Although we liked the apartment we Would not rent from this company again personally.
