Ingrata sorpresa

Nothing Much
Unfortunately, the stay was disappointing. The host did not provide soap and told us they were out of stock when we requested it. We were also charged an extra €8 for cleaning, yet were still asked to take out the rubbish ourselves. Most importantly, we requested early check-in several days before arrival which the management agreed to, and they later declined at the last minute, which was very inconvenient and poorly communicated.
