Localização. Fácil check in. Ao chegarmos ao apartamento, fomos surpreendidos com o ar condicionado ligado. Considerando o calor dessa epoca do ano, foi uma ótima atenção por parte do anfitrião.
O sofá-cama deixou a desejar no quesito conforto.

A clean, modern, and comfortable stay close to Bologna Centre.
The apartment was exceptionally clean, modern, spacious, and very comfortable. It was a lovely surprise to arrive and find the air conditioning already on, especially as it was extremely hot outside. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night sleep. All appliances worked fine. Communication with the owner was clear, simple, and efficient from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
There wasn't much to complain about. The only minor suggestion would be to add a bread toaster to the kitchen. We also noticed that the sofa bed is showing signs of wear and could do with being replaced soon. Other than these small points, everything else was excellent.
