I want my money back or partial refund

This property has a pest control issue. It was a roach in the living room, the pool was still dirty, there was ants in the bed of the master room. We had to sleep on the couch for my whole stay and there was a mouse in the back yard. This is very unacceptable. This need to be taken off the website.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen could use updating, but overall, the rooms were comfortable and the property s

We came for a tournament and the property was situated in a quiet neighborhood and in good distance from the 3 different locations we played. The home has a pool in the backyard although we weren’t able to use it because it was cold and rainy.

Not enough flatware and silverware to accommodate the amount of people in our party. Some people had to eat in small bowls because there were not enough plates. There were no serving platters. Overall, the kitchen was missing a lot of essential things, including oven mitts and kitchen towels. Garbage outside was full from previous renters and we didn’t have much room to add more.
