    Good service and food, but outdated facilities and maintenance issues prevented it from feeling like

    The service was excellent, especially the hospitality provided by Ms. Renu. The food was delicious, and the overall cleanliness was good. Considering the price, the stay was enjoyable and offered reasonable value for money.

    The room facilities felt outdated, particularly the old television and D2H connection. The bathroom lacked proper water containment, making the floor slippery and increasing the risk of falling. Additionally, the chipped walls near the 12th-floor lift area leading to the pool affected the hotel's overall appearance.

    Location was good, easy access, rooms and bathrooms were clean. staff was polite and professional.

    They really need to improve the elevators. It was really messed up when I stayed there
