    Comfortable stylish accommodation in a sleepy little town

    Well organised, clean and comfortable and a good use of quite a difficult shaped property. The kitchen had a good range of utensils and cleaning products were provided.

    The instructions on how to turn heating on were too simplistic. It didn’t explain about the on / off switch on the side of the radiator nor how to turn temp up/ down. We managed after a fashion to do it but arrived cold and wet and not really i. A mood to fiddle about!!

    Location was perfect distance from centre, easy walking distance but far enough to be quiet. Included off road car parking. Clean and spacious. The booking in was simple and well explained. Lots of local walks or pretty much direct access onto the Howgill fells. About a forty minute drive to Windermere. A well stocked Spar shop with a cash machine 10 minute walk.

    No washing machine if you're planning an extended stay. Apart from that minor thing everything was near ideal.

    Great location and value for money.

    Spotlessly clean and great location, off street parking a bonus along with fantastic views of the fells.

    Would benefit from a heated towel rail in the main bathroom.
