    Awful cleanliness, awful customer service to problems.

    Whilst outside the house waiting for check in time, we saw 3 e-bikes with balaclava wearing riders circling around making us worry about the safety of our car over night. Household waste bin with no lid, overflowing and stinking in the heat. Rubbish bags piled up in front garden, ripped apart and food waste spread around by rats and birds. Dirty oven with food in. Downstairs bathroom door handle hanging off. No carpets hoovered. Thick black mould in the shower. Fresh Poo stain on black and white bedroom throws (which would have been the kids beds), toenail on chairs. We left within 10 mins of arriving. Whilst fairly quick to respond, the owners described these as “minor issues” blamed a cleaning company, and offered less than a third of the cost back as a refund. Horrendous experience, don’t risk it. - Still haven’t got our money back nearly a month later!

    Modern, owner helpful and responsive, large space, enough towels, good TV and fridge space, all things to use like iron were available. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage there even after checkout which was very kind. There was dinning and living area and kitchen, 2 toilets and bedrooms and storage . Over all the property was nice. Check is super easy and check out. Directions very clear

    Curtains allowed the light in and it was as if lights were on nearly 24hrs. There was some dog poop outside and cigarettes and then bins outside were full, some of the inside had stuff remaining in the current bins and some of the cups/plates/cutlery weren't clean. There was dust, dirt and some hair on the bedsheets and surrounding areas of the house.
