    Clutter gets dirty - pay to clean it or get rid of it.

    They have decorated most of the rooms and they look nice, the sofa and bed are good. The kitchen was well equipped.

    The cleaner is clearly only paid to wipe surfaces between stays, the sinks and tops were clean but EVERYTHING else in the kitchen was caked in fresh or gone off food. Everything was horribly greasy in the kitchen, the plants although looked nice were home to fruit flies so the kitchen was full of flies. The fridge freezer stopped working so we lost expensive fish and the owner said they know the problem but chose not to do anything about it, they'd rather our food just went off. The bathroom is very tired which isnt a problem but again beyond the sink and toilet is very moldy, the shower tray was clogged and mould everywhere, yuk. Avoid there is better.

    Pleasant stay in the lovely St Agnes

    Beds were very comfortable. Easy walk down into St Agnes and close to lots to do in Cornwall.

    Kitchen was quite basically equipped, eg only one wine glass and cutlery drawer was falling apart - all things which could be easily remedied.
