    Although the cost is pricey, we would gladly book a room at Hoyt House again.

    Proximity to restaurants, museums, church and entertainment venues. Victorian charm, enclosed pool area, dining room, reading rooms, availability of bar, and bicycles.

    Some early morning noise from passing logging trucks audible from 8th Street rooms; difficulty of parking large vehicles in back.

    Great host, beautiful and comfortable house and room. Breakfast was very nice.

    The location. The host (Lindy) made us feel very welcome and relaxed. The house is lovely.

    The road noise. The white noise machine (provided) made a huge difference. Would definitely recommend using this if you want a sleep in.
