In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Swimming pool is closed from Fri 14 Feb 2025 until Wed 30 Apr 2025 Swimming pool is closed from Sat 01 Nov 2025 until Thu 30 Apr 2026 A damage deposit of EUR 700 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this appartement is slightly further from the residence, it's located at 800m from the property address. All facilities are still accessible for guests. Only the super spacious Suite apartment is located 10/12 minutes walk from the port. A deposit may be required at the property.

    Geräumiges Wohlfühldomizil in Parkanlage

    Sehr tolle zentrale Lage. Sehr geräumiges Apartment mit zwei Zimmern auch die Klappcouch sehr bequem. Hab perfekt geschlafen. Es ist sehr ruhig und man kann alles komplett verdunkeln. sehr schön angelegter Gartenbereich.

    Ein Handtuchwechsel nach drei Tagen hätte mir sehr gut gefallen aber wahrscheinlich hätte ich danach fragen sollen. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten.

    Great apartment but beware of the deposit charge .....

    I would have rated the place a lot higher as it was a great apartment, but the fact that they take out a €700 deposit for just 2 nights and actually debit your account of that amount instantly is outrageous. Had I stayed a week, I might have understood. So far I have had to ask twice for the money to be refunded since I checked out and I am still waiting. In comparison, I stayed in a different accommodation in the region who whilst they also requested a deposit, only asked to have the bank card on file and didn't debit my account. They would only use the deposit money if there was damage to the property. Whilst the apartments are excellent, I feel like they need to be a lot clearer on the fact that the deposit does get debited at check in. €700 is a huge amount :-(

    L'appartment où nous avons logé était très spacieux et propre. Il était situé au 1er étage d'une villa avec piscine. Endroit très calme.
