    Penginapan selesa, bersih, luas, banyak kemudahan masak, dan akses kedai-kedai pagi hingga malam.

    Terdapat banyak akses kedai-kedai dan warung-warung menjual makanan sarapan di bahagian hadapan kawasan perumahan, dan berdekatan dengan pelbagai kemudahan utama. Lokasi penginapan juga sangat berdekatan dengan kedai-kedai runcit dan restoran yang menjual makanan panas dari siang hingga ke malam hari.

    Bahagian dapur terdapat sedikit bau yang tidak menyenangkan seperti bau hancing kencing kucing, dan menyebabkan kurang selesa untuk berada di dapur buat masa yang lama seperti memasak. Bahagian tuang tamu agak panas ketika waktu malam. Mungkin penambahan 1 unit pendingin hawa boleh atasi masalah ini.
