Bella struttura, persone accoglienti, camera pulita
Le camere con finestre sulla strada molto rumorose, infissi scadenti

Good location but too noisy for us.
The location allowed us quick access via metro from Milan Centrle and then onwards to Linate Airport also via metro. It is close to yellow and blue line stops. The room was nicely decorated, with comfortable mattress and pillows and had very good air-conditioning.
Reception was closed at 2.00 pm onwards, and so self entry was necessary. This involved 2 separate key pads and a lockbox. The details of this were sent as a video and text message. However the message did not show the location of the 1st gate as viewed from the street. The 1st keypad entry is on the reveal of the gate and so although I was looking out for it, I missed it and walked past. In short, the entrance is not obvious. We only met one staff member at check out whilst paying city tax. He was a pleasant person but it was just too little in terms of staff interaction. This is not an hotel, as I understand a hotel to be. It is a collection of rooms in different buildings, with a reception in a separate building. Our biggest issue was the noise. Although on the 1st floor, every Metro train below the street can be heard arriving and departing. There are then trams in the street and cars, as well as human speech from the street, clearly audible. It was difficult to sleep here.
