    Best location & spacious room… POOR GUEST RELATION !!!

    Location - good Breakfast - acceptable,Restaurant has friendly staff Room - spacious n comfy Reception Lobby - very small… Definitely not 4 stars…

    Reception staff very unfriendly n inflexible .... Total Stay 5 nights, 2 nights booked by local agent n 3 nights booked at this platform, we requested to keep our room throughout 5 nights, was told different room type so must check out n re checkin , we offered to pay extra to upgrade but was told full house no room available, requested for late checkout after 2 nights or early check-in for next 3 days stay, but was told to checkout at 12 noon n to checkin at 3pm. Another unhappy incident happened on one day when we felt heat sick after lunch out, came back around 1.15pm, room not clean, we asked the reception to ask the housekeeping to clean our room, was told that normally that they will clean our room before 5pm, i told them that one of us was very sick n we need to rest….we waited at the lobby for about 40mins…
