Wonderful and comfortable stay!
We loved the overall aesthetic of the hotel and its convenient location! Our room was lovely and comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The complimentary snacks, sweets, and drinks from the restaurant were such a thoughtful touch and made the experience even more special. The location was another big plus! With the MRT, bus stops, shops, and restaurants all within easy reach, getting around and exploring Taipei was incredibly convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful and comfortable stay!
While the staff were helpful, we felt their interactions could have been a little warmer and friendlier. A smile goes a long way! One other minor observation was the daily towel replacement. While fresh towels are always appreciated, it would be nice to have the option to reuse them, similar to the hotel’s linen-changing policy. This could help conserve water and resources. Both are very minor points and did not take away from our otherwise wonderful stay.
