Bliss in Shanghai
This was a brilliant hotel - huge comfortable bed, very large room (Standard King), expansive brekkie with both rear and west options, and literally located on top of the subway

Good location but generally average
The internal garden and the location.
Many of the areas within the room were badly worn, like dirty unraveling carpet or badly worn fittings in the bathroom. I didn’t expect this lack of basic maintenance from a boutique hotel. The hotel also required a very high room deposit at check in, which I declined to pay.

Nice but not wow
Gorgeous hotel and rooms
A little corporate feel- not much attention from staff. The Chinese restaurant was already closed at 8pm
