    Served its purpose by being close tivttt by e mountain

    Rooms were big and clean. Nice grounds. There is a bbq and bar operating in the pavilion on the lake - which had a good atmosphere and food and beer.

    It was removed from town so limited food options. Breakfast was just OK Staff did not have much information about accessing Hayshan - and weren’t overly helpful

    Perfect if you want to visit the mountain

    It’s a pretty odd hotel as it’s so massive and static, but it was perfect for me! If your main purpose is to visit the mountain it’s great, they organise a free drop off to the starting point. Room was comfy and warm. Breakfast was good too with heaps of options! Ladies at the reception were helpful even though I speak zero Chinese :)

    There is nothing in the area since it’s out of town, but again if you are there just to do the mountain it’s no issue. I just had an early dinner and ate at a restaurant when I returned from the mountain before heading back to the hotel.

    Huashan mountain area

    Staff went above and beyond to help. Service was excellent. Breakfast was included in the price and was a buffet style with a wide range of options. There is a large lobby with seating areas.

    The restaurant seemed to close by 7pm so I had to buy instant noodles from the small shop in the foyer, which were quite expensive. Other than that, it was a great experience. There is no bar, either, and I'd have liked to have sat and had a beer.
