    Nice stay shame on the park letting it down with maintainace

    Lovely location but the hot tub didn’t work for us so paid more than we should have

    Hot tub didn’t work and trying to contact someone for help was useless and we were left without anyone coming back. It’s spoilt the second night

    A relaxing, calm environment to unwind

    The location of the lodge was perfect - the park is quiet & beautiful. We were in a pet friendly lodge which was more than accommodating. We were there in the last heatwave so it truly felt like we were abroad. The lodge was clean & comfortable, quiet & the people in surrounding were really friendly. I would love to come back here in the future possibly for longer

    Check out time! But that’s just because we wanted to stay longer. Also if you want to use the TV, make sure to bring dvds or some form of streaming.we thankfully took our Roku

    The Lodge was beautiful inside, and the area was gorgeous, near to York.

    There was a bad smell of damp in the main bedroom, the beds were so uncomfortable, there wasn't any hangers, or drawers, the bedroom was dirty, and the garden furniture was broken.

    Location beautiful. Perfect for us. Love the site.

    Cleanliness was a little disappointing this year. Found lots of crisps under sofa so wasn't vacuumed well. Slight stains on some fabrics. Mattresses were uncomfortable.
