    Great location, excellent communication from beginning

    Heater's in room weren't working, I was ok but roommate felt the cold

    Lovely apartment in Newcastle

    The apartment was perfect in a great location in Newcastle. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

    There were no instructions on how to operate the heaters, the windows, the washer dryer combo or anything. A little guide book in the unit would have helped a lot.

    Comfortable and Convenient Stay

    The building's location was perfect for walking to the NUFC match at St. James's park, and well situated amongst various restaurants and shopping. Lots of fresh linens, blankets, and towels were provided.

    The beds were a bit small for us taller people.

    Comfortable apartment in a great location! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

    Just a few minor issues otherwise would’ve been 5 stars! Bin lid broken Toilet roll holder broken. Just attention to detail like white paint dripped on brown doors. And the sofa was tired and needs replacing or new foam in the arms. These however were extremely minor issues and did not detract from our stay. Just a shame when everything else was so good! 😊
