    Overall it was great!

    The property was beautiful and cozy. Close to broadway.

    The only issue I had was the flooring was dirty, our socks were filthy just walking around in the apartment.

    Chris, the host was wonderful! Definitely plan on staying there again.

    The unit was wonderful and so was the complex. Was able to walk to downtown Nashville and also the area around us had restaurants and everything to go to as well.

    OWNER MADE UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY INTO THE CONDO. We were a group of five females—three of them, aged 21, were sleeping, and two of us were on the outside patio. His excuse was that he knocked, but obviously we didn’t hear anything as were outside, and he seemed to think it was fine to just enter because he knocked. Which is exactly what he said: "I knocked." Unbelievable... I cannot imagine if my three girls had woken up to find a man in the condo. There was no misunderstanding, no emergency, and no excuse for his entry. His behavior was completely unacceptable. I might have overlooked it otherwise, but being here now, the view from the 2nd-floor condo is of a noisy mechanical back of a building, along with trash and a homeless encampment so not so much the city view. On top of that, the shower curtains were nasty filthy, and one bathroom had ants. No, you’re wrong. We never agreed you could let yourself in and you didn’t give any time for your unauthorized entry. We were fine with the inconvenience from your previous tenants and were very understanding, far from difficult or angry, considering the price we paid. I drew the line when you walked in especially being five females. I suppose your feelings were hurt by my honesty and stern tone, even though I wasn’t yelling. I don’t know you, and yet you put the blame on us for not being reachable just because it is your condo.
