    Useful 3 bed apartment, some small improvements would make a big difference

    Location was handy for visiting the city centre and university. Nice park nearby. Free, On street parking was really useful as a lot of other areas are chargeable

    The keysafe was in an awkward place to get to. The single mattress should be replaced as it is not fit for sleeping on- dirty and sunken in the centre. A few touches which have been mentioned in other reviews but still not rectified, should be sorted as they are small but make a big difference, such as a toilet roll holder, and a curtain for the living room. Quite loud at the weekend with upstairs residents and street noise. There's a small yard at the back, I think it is shared with upstairs residents

    Disgusting, dirty and run down.

    One of the worst places I have ever been in. We walked in, looked around and were horrified so walked straight back out.

    Absolutely disgusting place and so run down and dirty. We walked out and couldn’t even face staying one night out of the 3 that we booked. Stains up the wall by the toilet. Old toilet rolls lying about. Thick cobwebs everywhere. Shower all mouldy and rusted. The host has blocked me and booking . Com have ignored me. Please save your money and stay somewhere else. It’s an awful place to stay for the money. I sent the host endless photos of how run down and unclean it was but he didn’t seem concerned at all.
