    The staff were absolutely fantastic. The reception team, pool staff, housekeeping and security guards were all professional, attentive and genuinely lovely. A special thank you to the security guard who helped me get to my taxi at 3 am, as I was travelling alone and didn't feel safe outside on my own. His kindness and assistance were greatly appreciated. The cocktails were excellent, with a great choice at very reasonable prices. The young DJ during my first few days was an absolute star and really added to the atmosphere. I honestly cannot fault the service or the staff. They made my stay special, and I would like to thank them all for their professionalism and kindness!

    The hotel was enjoyable overall, but there are a couple of areas for improvement. I was disappointed that there was no gym, and the breakfast was exactly the same every day, with quite heavy options. A wider variety of breakfast choices, including a few different types of porridge, would be a great addition.

    Great stay hotel excellent but location not for me.

    Decor, rooms, and facilities excellent

    The location in the middle of busy nightlife so noise was not the best at 4am!
