Pets pay a fixed fee per stay of €89. 1 animal per group. Due to the fragile interior and possible allergies of other visitors, it is strictly forbidden to leave pets on the sofa or in the bed. They must remain on the wooden floor. The conditions stipulate that the deposit will be retained in case of violation. VAT on short term stays is in principle not legally deductible, even with an invoice. Tolle Unterkunft in wunderschöner, ruhiger Lage!
Letztes Wochenende waren wir für 2 Tage bei Bart im Huis van Hout zu Besuch und haben uns von Anfang an wie zuhause gefühlt! Bart hat uns sehr herzlich und locker empfangen und es war eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Unterkunft ist stilvoll eingerichtet und die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und fanden es toll Abends den Tag mit einem Glas Wein auf der Lounge draußen ausklingen zu lassen. Vielen Dank Bart!! :-)

Eine ganz tolle Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht, der Ausblick und die Natur sind der Wahnsinn. Auch die Architektur des Hauses ist sehr beeindruckend. Bart gibt sich außergewöhnlich große Mühe, damit man eine schöne Zeit hat und steht bei allen Fragen direkt zu Verfügung.

The house was really high-tech and high-design, we loved looking around and taking in all the details of the house. Even though we had horrible weather, we still enjoyed the hot tub very much! We cannot imagine how more lovely this must be on a sunny day. It was really easy to check-in and the communication with Bart was 10 points!
The additional costs of the hot tub are quite high, but worth it (there is enough wood to be in the water for around 2 hours (on cold days), which is enough).

Uitstekende locatie
Uitstekende locatie, hygiëne is top. Je voelt alsof je thuis zit, heel rustige and cosy omgeving.
Niets viel me tegen, jammer dat we geen tijd voor de hottub hadden.
