    Staff where great and helpful but the bathroom let it down and it just needs a complete over hall

    The room was ok and the staff where lovely

    The didn’t bathroom lack of toilet roll, and not enough bath towels for 2 people

    The staff were excellent and helpful.

    It needs a regular survey of all aspects of the facilities. The place is getting very tired.

    Looks tired from the outside. Mattress unsupportive and uncomfortable.
