Un très bon customer service
J’ai aimé me sentir compris par les employés de l’hôtel et il y a eu un super bon accueil à mon arrivée. Même si j’ai pas aimé la qualité de ma première chambre, ils ont su me donner une meilleure chambre pour un meilleur confort.
À mon arrivée, on m’a donné une chambre qui était remplie d’humidité, il y avait de la moisissure dans la salle de bain et un petit peu au niveau du hall d’entrée, il y avait des taches un peu partout dans la chambre, il y avait une tache de sang sur le drap. L’humidité a ramené une odeur assez forte dans la chambre. En revanche lorsqu’on m’a donné une autre chambre, la qualité était bien meilleure, rien à voir avec la première.

Dieser Ort ist nur für Boots und Jachtbesitzer geeignet
da die Zimmer mit Holz verarbeitet sind war immer ein modriger Geruch der sich auch nicht durch die Klimaanlage neutralisieren ließ. Preise für Getränke im Hotel sehr hoch
Die Lage ist ohne ein Auto nicht zu empfehlen und zu sehen gibt es auch nicht viel
