    SUCKED

    Nothing

    I booked online through booking.com got an email confirming my reservation then another one saying your reservation isn’t confirmed until I hear from the hotel which I did they said unfortunately they could not accommodate my stay so I assumed I wouldn’t get charged so stayed somewhere else…check my charges and noticed I was charged for the room anyway. Not happy at all….this place has terrible communication I want my money refunded it’s not my fault Humphry can’t figure things out!

    the room was clean and bed comfortable

    Breakfast was good, staff was friendly, room was clean

    I didn’t like being told after booking I had to pay for parking! I also didn’t like when I asked to have a room on the back of the hotel because of the train and traffic noise that I was put on road side of hotel. I also didn’t not enjoy the tv service. Roko tv doesn’t give normal tv viewing.
