    Khu vực đông dân cư nhưng lại không ồn ào, khá yên tĩnh. Căn hộ nhỏ gọn, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Gần chỗ ở có nhiều nơi ăn uống ngon (kem bơ chạm, kem sữa Brazil,...), nhiều cửa hàng tiện lợi. Cách khu Hòa Bình 3 phút đi bộ. Ra chợ đêm cũng chỉ khoảng 5 phút.

    Căn hộ nằm trong hẻm và trên dốc. Nếu muốn đi xe máy vào thì tay lái phải cứng, do khúc cua vào căn hộ đường khá dốc và nhỏ. Còn nếu đi bộ thì sẽ có lối đi chung dạng bậc thang để lên. Căn hộ tiện ích, có máy giặt nhưng chỗ phơi đồ hơi bất tiện 😂. Mình nghĩ nên đổi thành cây phơi đồ ngang sẽ tốt hơn 😉

    Cozy apartment in decent location. All furniture is very indie so the vibe inside is specific and local. Big balcony.

    Owner (or their agent) wanted to "borrow" our passports for the time of our stay, which is a big red flag. Also, it's pretty freezing in both bathrooms. The temperature there is pretty much the same as outside.
