    Location was good, easy transport links. Shops near by for groceries. Good sized fridge and proper cooker. Lots of utensils and equipment provided. Beach towels provided.

    No tea towels for drying things we didn't want to put in dishwasher. We didn't expect to be in an apartment block. Garden was shared with others, we didn't expect it to be. Quite noisy with upstairs neighbours playing drums late at night. Washing machine didn't dry although it showed a drying setting. The electrics kept tripping so we had to contact the owner on Xmas eve. They sent a handyman who promptly sorted this with a new circuit breaker. One of the single beds collapsed when it was sat on and the dining chairs weren't very well made, they kept coming apart when used. There was a lot of dust around and also the ceiling and bathroom fans were very dirty. We had a cockroach in the kitchen just after we arrived. Draft excludes were in each room so I assume this is a regular problem.

    We loved our stay and would gladly return — thanks to the lovely neighbors and the helpful PM team!

    We had a perfect stay at this property in the heart of North Sydney. The neighborhood is wonderful and friendly, with grocery stores and vibrant restaurants just a short walk away. The house itself is welcoming, clean, and peaceful — truly a home away from home. We stayed here for about 40 days with family and felt completely comfortable. The property management team was very responsive and promptly addressed any minor issues that came up, just like in any regular home. We would love to stay here again!

    Nothing major — however, like many properties in the neighborhood, there were occasional rat sightings in the area. It would be great if pest control measures could be enhanced to manage this better.
