    Top value in York

Location was excellent. Flat was spacious and very well equipped - management was responsive and helpful. Flat was quiet. TV in everyone room. Two bathrooms were great.

Heating was confusing. I couldn't find the printed guide that the management suggested was available. The portable fan heater was used instead

    Appartement is geweldig.

Good, aside from irritation noted above.

    Location, spacious & comfortable

It had not been cleaned on arrival at check-in time. It was cleaned in the evening whilst we went out, cleaner took or binned 2 bottles of spirits (not full) & one or 2 other things.
