Idyllic and Peaceful - perfect retreat from the busy city life

Amazing, friendly, beautiful home!
We booked this venue because I accidentally booked another venue for the wrong day. We saw Hurstwood Hall was available and we booked it on a whim. We were beyond surprised. The interior is beautiful, combining aspects of modernism whilst retaining the buildings original beauty. Exposed brick showing old carvings, original wood preserved, beautiful modern wool carpets, and furniture which is strikingly elegant. The images do not do this place justice. Not only this, but we were hosted by the most amazing couple. They were kind, warm and extremely accommodating. We came not expecting much (honestly speaking), but the combination of a truly amazing home, paired with an equally amazing pair of hosts made us feel like we were not guests, but family. If we are ever in the area again, we will be staying here. Hurstwood Hall and the great people maintaining the building made our trip that ever so more special.
We have nothing to say here, this home was amazing. We recommend this place to any couple looking for a quiet night away in a hospitable home.
