    Wonderful cottage

    Wonderful cottage in wonderful surroundings, the cottage was clean and comfortable and the hot tub was just right after a days sightseeing. I was even helped when my car had a problem, so a big thank you for that. We've hired many cottages over the years we've been to Iceland and this cottage is one of the best we've stayed in. We stayed 5 days but would have liked to have stayed longer, so a return visit is on the cards.

    The cottage was excellently equipped, it had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the place was quiet and well-maintained. We will definitely be back. Picking up the keys was also simple and went smoothly.

    Everything was perfect. I would happily have stayed longer or visited again.

    Everything was perfect. I would happily have stayed longer or visited again. The location, amenities and cleanliness were all perfect. There was a gas barbecue, a private hot tub and a fully equipped kitchen. We only stayed for two nights, but I could easily have spent a whole week there.

    A touch of luxury in the wild!

    An excellent, modern lodge with very good facilities. Hot tub was a really nice touch. The accommodation is one of several places to stay in a fenced off area and all seem to be slightly different and well spaced. This one was nearest to the entry gate but it had a washing machine which was a bonus.

    A minor point but when it rains, you can hear a loud drip of water, like a drum, as it drops down onto a wooden box at the back.
