    Mario gave us the most amazing stay in Hvar. The place is off grid and you'll need a car. We have a 10 and a 12 year old. They were over the moon. The pool is a life saver, really lovely, warm (which you'll need even though we were there mid summer), and the garden amazing. We used the outdoor grill every night. Was sceptic about staying on the country side with children, but the city is 6 minutes away, beaches are everywhere if you like us, don't want to go to the commercial busy playa- beaches. So many cool places to eat at random places everywhere north from the ranch. We stayed one week in the city for the last part of our stay, the kids only wanted back to Mario's place! Quiet, except from adorable chicken who lays eggs for every morning, and the most adoring donkeys! We will come back!!

    Paradijselijke locatie, centraal gelegen met groot zwembad

    De gastheer Mario ontving ons en bleek een hele lieve en hartelijke man! Een grote verrassing was dat we het hele huis, het zwembad en de gigantische tuin voor ons alleen hadden. Dat was een enorme luxe, vooral het gebruik van het zwembad waar we ook onder de sterrenhemel met ons gezin van vier heerlijk konden zwemmen. Overigens bleek het zwembad veel groter dan we dachten (foto's geven een vertekend beeld). De tuin is fantastisch en er zijn meerdere mooie plekken om te zitten. In de ochtend aten we ons ontbijt onder de Johannesbroodboom die zoete peulen gaf. Geweldige plek.

    De airco koelt alleen de slaapkamers, de woonkamer kan dus in de zomer zeer benauwd zijn.

    Perfect place for families who looks for a quiet place close to nature. In surrounding areas many local beaches perfect

    Quiet place at the end of cozy village. Close to Zukova beach (walking distance - 15 min). Amazing animals on the farm - donkey and chicken (fresh eggs every day).

    Secluded haven

    Absolutely loved the ranch. It's quiet and secluded, yet it's only a short drive to the town of Stari Grad, and there are also 2 beaches close by. The ranch itself had everything we needed. The private pool was a lovely treat. There are plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy a coffee. The house was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Mario was very welcoming and hospitable. We really enjoyed his short visits to come care for the animals. He was a great host, and he made us feel right at home.
