    The location is quite good: a park is just across the street, and many nice dining and shopping places nearby

    The King Room with City View turned out to be small (stuffed with various furniture that made it small overall), the bed was a queen bed, not a king bed (the lady at the reception said that it is Hyatt's standard - king and queen beds are the same, sic!). The breakfast restaurant was extremely cold, my cup of coffee turned cold in 5 mins after being brewed. When complained to the staff, I was told they had warm blankets, and I could ask them for one... And there is no luggage service at all - it is a bit inconvenient when you have several suitcases to care about
