    Great location, horrible everything else.

    Great location. Close proximity to concert venue.

    Only one elevator was working, so it took a very, very long time to go anywhere. While we used the stairs to save time, this was impossible when checking out with a child and wheeled luggage. It took us nearly 30 minutes to get from our floor to the lobby and we nearly lost our ride because of it. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and lumpy/old. The breakfast was horrible. No hot food (although this was included in the description on the hotel’s website) - the fruit was mushy, the hard boiled eggs were so overcooked that they were inedible, and the selection of other items was practically non-existent. For nearly $300 a night, I expected much, much more. While I understand that things happen, we were not informed of any of this before arriving at the property. Had we known, we would have made different choices about quite a few things. I will not stay at a Hyatt property again because of this experience.
