    overall we would definitely stay there again

    Staff was super friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious. the location was excellent.

    The elevators were Out of order during our stay and we were on the fourth floor and the walk up after spending the day out bar hopping and walking for hours on Broadway were horrible.

    Mediocre and not worth the money.

    The elevator was out and I have osteoarthritis in my knees and had to walk up stairs most of my stay. No one emailed me in advance about this, but expected me to pay full price. We also stayed because we liked the amenities- but nothing worked… the fire pit was broken as well.
