    I might stay because it is close to the airport, but will not pay to park or leave our car again.

    proximity to the airport

    The hotel was ok and comfortable. The problem came with using the stay/park and fly. We arrived the night before and were able to get on airport transport early in the morning, and the driver was very nice. Returning from our trip and trying to get the van to pick us up became an issue when it was 30min late without any notice, and we had to call more than once for a pickup. It was late at night, and for the amount we had to pay to park, there needs to be more frequent and better communication on where and when the van would arrive. We were told on the hour, but that was not the reality. We will not do that again it is cheaper to just park at the airport. There is no convenience in using the park and fly service.

    One of the worst experiences of my life with a hotel

    Nothing, the room was disgusting and they are thieves and have a scam running to steal from people

    Everyone and everything was a disaster.
