    It was a last minute booking. Got to Charlotte at 10pm. Went to the hotel I had reserved and it was not a hotel I wanted to spend the night even though I was exhausted. Hyatt had a room. It is a nice presentable hotel, clean, staff is friendly and accommodating. Had a good night's sleep.
