    Amazing staff — Lucia at the front desk made my day!

    I stayed here for a business trip and a speaking event, and the staff truly made the difference. A special thank-you to Lucia at the front desk: I came down after breakfast hours had already ended, and she still kindly made sure I got breakfast. Small gestures like that are rare and mean a lot. The room (King with sofa bed and view) was clean and comfortable, and the location in the Loop is perfect — a short walk to the river, the Riverwalk and Wacker Drive offices. I highly recommend this hotel, especially because of its fantastic team.

    Nice place.to stay for a quick trip to Chicago

    My friends like the breakfast options. Said the French toast.was really good Disappointed there was no oatmeal. No one drinks coffee so we needed water bottles. There were none in the room.

    Nothing. Room was good. Had to go up and down to desk for extra towels and bedding for the sofa bed. But, everyone was comfortable. That's the most important part
