    The air conditioning would cycle off all night acting like no one was in the room too hot to sleep miserable night

    Overall, it was a fantastic experience and my husband and I plan to stay here again the next time we're in Chicago! Breakfast was great, with lots of options and fresh hot food being added regularly. The staff was nice and very helpful. The bed provided more support than expected and was very comfortable. The room was very well laid out and functional. We also enjoyed watching the planes fly by more than expected. We did not use the pool or gym, but we plan to next time. There is also a Starbucks and a restaurant downstairs.

    The room does not have a microwave. We did not end up needing one, but it would be appreciated for a longer stay. One of the elevators was also out of service when we were there, which led to some long wait times during peak hours.
