    Pillows were not good. I was in town for marathon and have stayed at several hotels over the years. My experience is late checkout is standard for runners on race day. That was not permitted. Staff was friendly.

    Great stay as always

    Clean, well-furbished rooms. Fantastic breakfast. Very friendly staff. Convenient location for UChicago.

    Like I said, everything was good, but for us cost of staying for 12 hours was high.

    Everything, but we paid a lot! Though we can understand why.
