The property in located centrally, many restaurants near by. Great service. H
The staff was very engaged. Called my husband and I by our last name as we entered and exit the property. The room was nice and clean and very comfortable. All staff were exceptionally.

Very soiled, infested with roaches, poor ventilation, and smelly
Nothing much
The mattresses were soiled, and while I was waking up and turned on the light, I noticed roaches in the closet. I informed her manager she moved me to another room went to bed woke up roaches again. The hotel is infested with roaches. According to google they’ve had this infestation of roaches for a long time. Mattresses were very, very soiled dirty smelly. I will never stay there again. Very bad situation. Very poor circulation my eyes were red and irritated very disappointed.

I absoutely love this place. Mrs. ALICIA, Dewey, Tony, Mario, Ms. GLORIA, Mrs. REINIA(whom overseas the property) , Mrs. ROSA in the kitchen who always has breafast ready to go before I head in to a busy day at the office(hospital),the dayshift shuttle driver Mr. MARIO just exceptional hands down. If I could name everyone I would but this list would get long. The only thing that would make this really exceptional if we you had umbrellas by the pool.
The thing I didn't like, is after a hard day and a person wants to sit by the pool to get out of the heat and get fresh air; you did't have ubrellas.
