    Clean room but horrible check in and frustrating that I got double charged and had a delay in gettin

    The rooms were not ready. The lobby was overflowing with multiple families whose rooms were also not ready. I got double charged.

    This is an Excellent hotel, centrally located, with a friendly staff.

    Breakfast is very good. Service in breakfast area was excellent. Hotel was having computer issues with billing items to room. Wasn't resolved during our stay. The $75.00 deposit wasn't credited at checkout. Having to call to get resolved. We've stayed multiple times and will reserve again when visiting this area. Like the pet friendly option which we have used on prior visits.
